It was 1991 when Antonio Di Tria decided to start the business, with the aim of promoting the Apulian agri-food heritage at a national level. Thus, after having “listened”, “understood” and “made use of” the land, the Tria Agricultural Company was born, in the evocative setting of Minervino Murge.

Isabella, daughter of Antonio di Tria, under the natural push of her passion, decides to carry on the work of her father. And she does it in the best way, broadening her horizons, also thanks to the vision of Dino, her husband, who boasted twenty years of experience in the restaurant sector.

Today Tria is a truly great atelier of taste, a mix of memory, nature and innovation, a signature of excellence.
