Apperò is the new aperitif signed by Di Tria. Our innovative brand with which we offer 2 mixes of top-quality battered products, so you can enjoy a restaurant aperitif at home. It was born with the desire to offer the customer a new sensorial taste experience. All the properties of fresh vegetables, “dressed” in a tailor-made batter designed to enhance the flavor of each individual product.

Our Apperò Mixes are more than just battered vegetables, they are four balanced combinations of the highest quality battered vegetables, designed to meet the tastes of all consumers. Each mix is different, exclusive, made with vegetables grown in our fields, expertly processed in our laboratory according to our recipes, made with selected flours and semolina, the result of passion and experience for a tailor-made result.

Our batter is thus lighter, more digestible and crunchier even after some time after being found. The Mixes are already pre-cooked and can be easily restored in the oven, air fryer and oil fryer. Packaged in practical 250g trays made of recyclable paper, stackable in the refrigerated counter and marked with a different color for each Mix, so as to make them easily recognisable.
